Bone Fracture Detection
Developed a YOLOv5-powered deep learning system to detect wrist fractures in pediatric radiographs.
- Applied SparseML-based pruning and quantization for optimized YOLOv5 performance on CPU
- Achieved high accuracy (Precision: 0.90, Recall: 0.83, mAP@0.5: 0.90) on the GRAZPEDWRI-DX dataset
- Integrated ONNX model deployment with DeepSparse for efficient, low-latency inference
